Jonathan Koepke, President, Treasurer

Jonathan Koepke is the Vice President and General Manager for ENCAP, Inc. in Sycamore, IL. Jonathan Koepke has been with ENCAP, Inc. since 2006. Prior to coming to ENCAP, Jonathan was the Resource Conservationist at the Kane-DuPage Soil & Water Conservation District. While at the KDSWCD for 5 years, he performed erosion control plan review and site inspection for compliance with US Army Corps of Engineers, IEPA, and Municipal erosion and sediment control regulations. Jonathan is a three time graduate of Northern Illinois University where he completed both his Bachelors and Masters degrees and holds a Masters in Business Administration. His areas of expertise and interest include streambank stabilization and restoration techniques, Polyacrylamide use for erosion and sediment control, and revegetative techniques on construction sites. He is also the current President of the Great Lakes Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA).

Adam Dibble, Vice President
CPESC-IT, CESSWI

Adam Dibble, CPESC-IT, CESSWI, Senior Marketing & Erosion Control Brand Manager has been with Profile Products since 2009. Dibble holds bachelor’s degrees in Business and Marketing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. In December 2014, Dibble received the CESSWI designation and in July of 2015 was recognized by Storm Water Solutions as one of the “Rising Stars” The Next Generation of Industry Leaders. Dibble was published in industry trade publications more than 10 times including 3 cover stories since 2015. In February 2016, Dibble was elected to the International Erosion Control Association Region 1 Board of Directors and selected as the Vice President of Marketing. In February 2017, Dibble received the IECA "Outstanding Professional" award, given to the member whose contributions have greatly benefited the organization.

At Profile, Dibble works across all business units with primary responsibility in erosion and vegetative solutions. He is most involved with the creation and implementation of value-added education and marketing programs. In addition to marketing initiatives, he is responsible for the overall direction and support of Profile’s erosion control business.

Prior to working at Profile Products, Dibble spent four years as the Director of Marketing and Communications for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with over 90,000 members. He developed recruitment and retention programming and executed marketing initiatives that increased membership and promoted the overall organization. Dibble received numerous industry awards related to marketing and programing development.

Dibble lives in the Detroit, Mi. area with his wife Stephanie and their two St. Bernard’s, Maizie Blu and Mollie Lu. Dibble enjoys cooking/grilling for family events and traveling to new destinations.

Ron Geater, Secretary

Ron manages the sales, distribution, and specification of products produced by Motz Enterprises, Inc. for Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. The Flexamat system consists of concrete shapes, locked together with a high strength, polypropylene geogrid. Flexamat provides a 30% opening around each concrete block that provide flexibility, vegetative growth, and anchor strength. Our underlayments are site specific solutions using Curlex and or Recyclex TRM erosion control blankets. Our tied block uses a Fornit Huesker bi-axial polypropylene geogrid. Additionally we can provide added strength and weight using the Terra-Lock cross plate, Gripple anchor technology.The various applications include, Airports, Landfills, Channels, Slopes, Stream Banks, Shorelines, Canals, DOT's, Drivable Surfaces, Schools, Inlet & Outlets, and Energy sites.

Aaron has more than 15 years of experience as a construction stormwater compliance specialist. As Westwood's technical director for construction stormwater compliance, he is responsible for the development, updating, and coordination of NPDES/SWPPP compliance services including narratives, erosion and sediment control plans, typical details, inspections, and other construction stormwater compliance services. Aaron focuses on corporate quality control and implementing service and product industry standards for Westwood clients nationwide. While coordinating and managing a national program, Aaron provides consistent products tailored to the regional demands and unique needs of the land, energy, and power delivery markets.

Vision Statement: Aaron has joined the board to provide a Midwest / Great Lakes voice to the IECA and hopes to achieve better collaboration between industry leaders and associations in Minnesota with the greater IECA membership and events.

Michael Nelson, Wisconsin

Mr. Michael R. Nelson is employed by American Excelsior Company - Earth Science Division - Arlington, TX, as a Technical Service Representative. Mr. Nelson focuses on specification work, provides various day-to-day technical services, and organizes much of the data produced at ErosionLab®. Mr. Nelson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology received at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Mr. Nelson has decades of work experience in erosion control research and development, erosion control product applications, trout stream habitat restoration, and highway construction. Mr. Nelson is a member of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) and he is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) as well as a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ).

Kim Kline, Administrative Assistant

Kim is a creative professional with experience in all aspects of successful marketing, advertising, public relations, event planning, social networking and management. She excels in managing multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving and follow-through capabilities. Kim’s demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cohesive teams that achieve results is one of her greatest assets.

Kim serves as support for associations and is responsible for the technical and educational programming of conferences and regional events. Kim also plays a key role in successfully championing innovative initiatives including webinar development and video re-broadcasting of education/conference content, delivering an excellent experience for both attendees and the associations that she has represented. Years of involvement with trade organizations and associations has allowed her to develop long term, successful business relationships across many industries.
